• Minimum rental: two months. Surcharge of $10 for united rented for one month period.
• Cleaning Deposit: $10
• Key Deposit: $5. A $2.00 charge for replacement keys made. Second key will not be given out on the ones that can't be duplicated.
• $15 charge per time for securing units left unsecured by tenant.
  

• Package A: Wash, dry, vacuum, windows, tires, wipe dash.
• Package B: Same as "A" adding interior deatail, vinyl treatment.
• Package C: Same as "B" adding clean carpets and upholstery.
• Package D: Same as "C" adding degreasing engine, clean trunk, and wax.
