  • Minimum Rental: Two-month commitment required. A $10 surcharge applies for one-month rentals.
  • Cleaning Deposit: $50 (refundable upon unit inspection).
  • Key Deposit: $5, with a $2 fee for replacement keys. Duplicate keys will not be issued for non-duplicable locks.
  • Unsecured Units: A $15 fee will be charged each time a unit is left unsecured by the tenant.
